Tom Baire is originally from Olean, New York and moved to South Carolina in 2006. As Video Production Manager, Tom works with our clients to bring the vision of their business to life through video. He is motivated, passionate and adds so much talent and creativity to the Splash Omnimedia team!

What keeps you motivated?

Over the years I have developed such a big passion for video and in doing so, I have realized I have a knack for seeing the video before we even shoot it. I think that is a skill really lends to the final story.

What moments have shaped your life?

Really, the first moment has to be my marriage with my wife. We got married after moving to South Carolina and truly created our own lives here, together.

A few years ago, we adopted our beautiful daughter which was a huge step in our lives together and creating a family! Lastly, the ability to have the leadership and freedom to be able to grow into the position I am in at Splash, has greatly shaped me!

What do you think the world needs more of?

The world needs more focused leaders! Even those leading from the middle. We need people to take accountability for themselves, for their own lives, and really help others to be better people.

What is an interesting fact about you?

Honestly… the fact that I am probably THE best giraffe runner.

What do you love most about Splash?

I love the culture that we have developed at Splash. It is a fun place to work! We are given so many opportunities to be ourselves and grow into such important people in important roles here. It’s just fun… a lot of fun!

Jenna Trautman joined the Splash Omnimedia team in July of 2016. She’s the queen of multi-tasking, and leads our Client Services team through the development of strategies from conception to execution. She’s most thankful for her handy husband, her fur-babies, her family in Las Vegas………. and tacos.

Where are you from?

Born and raised in Las Vegas! No- I did not live in a hotel on the strip. I was about 10 minutes from the strip in Henderson.

What is your favorite food?

Easy. Tacos. You can literally eat them ALL the time. Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner. Late night snack… The options are endless. Also, queso.

What exactly do you do?

As a client manager, I discover a company’s goals, create a strategic marketing plan and work with an amazingly talented team to execute all marketing tactics from A-Z.

What have you learned about yourself while working here?

That I never want to stop learning and growing. There is no finish line. If we complete a goal, that is just another milestone!

What did you do before working here?

I must be a creature of habit because I was a client manager at a marketing and advertising agency in Las Vegas prior to moving here. OR, I just really love what I do! 

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

My dog, Hudson. No literally, he will come up and nudge my arm until I get out bed. Sometimes, Hudson jumps into the bed with me for some snuggle but don’t tell my husband since he’s not allowed in the bed. Oops!

What’s one interesting fact about you?

I LOVE watching PROFESSIONAL football. Yup. I said it. NFL> College Football.

If you were to write an autobiography, what would it be titled?

The Magic is in the Mess.

What do you think the world needs more of?

Laughing. Even really loud, obnoxious ones that may or may not haunt the Old Mill.

What is your favorite thing to do in your free time?

I 100% drank the orange Kool-aid because I am addicted to Orangetheory Fitness and working out in general. It’s so good for stress and mental health! Also, I like hanging out with my husband and fur babies.

What do you like on your pizza?

Can’t go wrong with pepperoni pizza. According to Buzzfeed, that means I am caring, uncomplicated and fun…which I agree with!

What are you most thankful for?

Where to begin?! My handy husband Brock, my fur babies, my family that is too far away from me, friends and awesome coworkers that have become a second family.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

The best version of myself!

Angaeli Lall-Butcher joined the Splash Omnimedia team April of 2017. When she isn’t busy figuring out how to make the dreams of business owners come true with awesome marketing strategies and tactics, you can find her at a concert with her friends.

Where are you from?

Slough, England. It’s a town in Berkshire – about 20 miles west of London

What is your favorite food?

I don’t discriminate, but I love spicy food. Pro tip: If you sweat while you’re eating the calories don’t count.

What have you learned about yourself while working here?

That its okay not to be the smartest person in the room. At Splash there is no shortage of creative, intelligent, thought-provoking people – and when we put our heads together we come up with some pretty cool stuff that I probably would never think of on my own.

What exactly do you do?

I am a client manager. By talking to business owners about the goals they have for their company I work with our team (see previous question) to figure out how to make their dreams come through with awesome marketing strategies and tactics.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

The hope that each day will be better than the day before it. The 5 alarms I set help too.

If you were to write an autobiography, what would it be titled?

Don’t Follow In My Footsteps. I Run Into Walls.

What do you think the world needs more of?

Laughter, free wifi, and selfless people.

What are you most thankful for?

Eeekk, so many things! Tiramisu. My sweet puppy, Rosie. Dry Shampoo. Auto-correct. My Bed. But above all, the people that make life worth living: my family, friends, and boyfriend, Josh.
